How to record butterflies and moths

If you have seen a butterfly or moth and want to record it just e-mail the following information to us:

1. Your name
2. Your contact details
3. The name of the species you have seen
4. Date seen
5. Place seen

You may be contacted by our county recorders for extra information.

You might find our Species Lists useful in identifying a butterfly or moth you have seen.
